Contact UsOur Network Model
Lone Star Illumination operates as a marketing platform and partner network connecting property owners with independently owned and operated outdoor lighting contractors across Texas. We do not directly employ installers, designers, or technicians, nor do we perform, supervise, manage, or warrant any installation or design work.
When you submit an inquiry through this website, your information is routed to the independent contractor partner serving your area. That contractor is a separate legal entity from Lone Star Illumination and is solely responsible for the scope, execution, quality, pricing, and warranty of any work performed on your property.
Independent Contractor Disclosure
All contractors referenced on this site are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, subsidiaries, or franchisees of Lone Star Illumination.
Each contractor maintains their own Texas Electrical Contractor License (TECL), general liability insurance, and workers' compensation coverage. Lone Star Illumination does not verify, audit, or guarantee the ongoing validity of any contractor's licensing or insurance status.
Any contract, proposal, estimate, or agreement for services is made solely between you (the property owner) and the local contractor. Lone Star Illumination is not a party to, and assumes no liability under, any such agreement.
No Warranty or Guarantee
Lone Star Illumination makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees — express or implied — regarding the quality, timeliness, fitness for purpose, or outcome of any work performed by any contractor in our network.
Workmanship warranties, if any, are provided solely by the individual contractor. Fixture and component warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer. Neither warranty is backed or extended by Lone Star Illumination.
If you have a dispute regarding the quality of work, pricing, or any other matter related to an installation, that dispute is between you and the contracting company. Lone Star Illumination does not mediate, arbitrate, or assume financial responsibility in contractor disputes.
Referral Relationship & Compensation
Lone Star Illumination may receive referral fees, marketing fees, or other compensation from independent contractors in exchange for routing inquiries to their businesses. This compensation does not influence the pricing you receive from the contractor — all pricing is set independently by each contractor.
The existence of a referral or marketing relationship does not constitute an endorsement of any contractor's work, and Lone Star Illumination does not independently verify or audit contractor performance.
Website Content & Representations
Case studies, project descriptions, and portfolio imagery displayed on this website represent work performed by independent contractors in our network and are used with their permission. Lone Star Illumination does not claim authorship of completed installations.
Service area descriptions, neighborhood references, and pricing frameworks are provided for informational purposes. Actual availability, scope, and pricing are determined entirely by the local contractor and may vary from what is described on this site.
This website may include general information about outdoor lighting practices, design principles, and related topics. This information is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional engineering, electrical, or design advice.
Privacy & Data Handling
Information submitted through contact forms on this site (including name, email, phone number, project details, and location) is used solely to route your inquiry to the appropriate local contractor and to respond to your request. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties outside of our contractor network.
By submitting an inquiry, you consent to being contacted by the independent contractor serving your area, as well as by Lone Star Illumination for follow-up or administrative purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lone Star Illumination, its owners, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) the use of this website; (b) any services performed or not performed by any contractor in our network; (c) any reliance on information presented on this website.
If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Lone Star Illumination is found liable for any matter, the total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount of any referral fee actually received by Lone Star Illumination in connection with your specific inquiry.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
