Active Texas Electrical Contractor License (TECL)
Minimum $1M general liability insurance
Workers' compensation coverage for all employees
Minimum 3 years operating as an outdoor lighting contractor
Portfolio of completed residential projects available upon request
Commitment to responding to referrals within one business day
